Sidney Glucksman, 87, of New Haven, died Nov. 23. He was the husband of Libby (Melamedic) Glucksman. Born in Chrzanów, Poland, he was a son of the late Samuel and Regina Glucksman. He was a Holocaust survivor. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Jeanie Horwitz and her husband, Robert, of New Haven, and Cindy Burns and her husband, Les, of Wayne, N.J.; and his grandchildren, Seth Horwitz and his wife, Mary-Elizabeth, of Chatham, N.J., Alyson Smith and her husband, Joshua, of Dedham, Mass., Jamie Weissglass and her husband, Joshua, of New York City, and Stacey Burns of Albany, N.Y.; and his great-grandchildren, Alexandra Horwitz and Leah Smith.
