On Tuesday, Nov. 25, Temple Sholom teens rolled up their sleeves and cooked up some food – and fun – at the Greenwich synagogue’s Teen Thanksgiving Cooking event. Led by the shul’s youth director and assistant rabbi, David Saiger, more than 40 teens prepared 50 Thanksgiving meals, which were then delivered to seniors living in local low-income senior housing facilities. The annual tzedakah activity is a highlight of the season for the young volunteers.
