Howard D. Black, 64, of Watertown, died Dec. 7. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Bernice Black of West Hartford and the late Bernard S. Black. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Fred Black and his wife Beverly of Fitzwilliam, N.H.; and his longtime companion, Roberta Gottlieb of Norwalk. WEINSTEIN MORTUARY
