Irving Schwartz, 83, of New Haven, died Nov. 15. He was the husband of Thelma (Schneelicht) Schwartz. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Nathan and Minnie (Brickman) Schwartz. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michael Schwartz and his wife Lisa of Milford, and Ellen Shultz and her husband Dean of New York City; and his granddaughter, Olivia Shultz.
