Joseph Roznar, 97, of West Hartford, died Nov. 2. He was the husband of Lillian (Mishkin) Roznar. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Jacob and Tillie (Liebowitz) Roznar. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in both the South Pacific and Europe. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Joan Stahl and her husband Larry of West Hartford, and Debra Roznar of Newington; and several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his brother, Alexander, and his sisters, Sylvia Haber and Rebecca Cohen.
