Rabbi Stephen Fuchs, rabbi emeritus of Congregation Beth Israel in West Hartford, was honored to give the semester opening lecture at the University of Potsdam School of Jewish Theology in Germany last month. Fuchs discussed his new book, What’s in it for Me? Finding Ourselves in Biblical Narratives. He also led a seminar for rabbinical students at Geiger College in Berlin.
