On the campaign trail in Hartford

Hartford was among the stops on the itinerary of Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida (left), when she hit the campaign trail at the end of October. While in town, Schultz, who also serves as chair of the Democratic National Committee, attended a reception at the West Hartford home of Matt Gordon and Ruth Kurien, where she chatted with Barbara Gordon of West Hartford (no relation to Matt) (center) and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman – who, a couple of weeks later, went on to win a second term.
