Barbara A. (Klingenstein) Roth, 71, of West Hartford, died Sept. 15. She was the widow of Malcolm M. Roth. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late William and Anne (Englander) Klingenstein. She is survived by her brother Kenneth Klingenstein; her children, Laura Roth, Sandra Roth, Susan Roth, and Sharon Roth and David Roth; and her grandchildren, Rachel Roth, Jessica Roth, Ryka Fregon-Roth, and Drefan Fregon-Roth.
