Helene Silverman Rosenshein, 83, of Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Hartford, died Oct. 4. She was the wife of Joseph Rosenshein. Born in Bronx, N.Y. and raised in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Max and Emma Silverman. Helene was also predeceased by her brothers, Stanley and Eddie, and her sister Cybil Abel. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Leonard of Fort Worth, Tex., Richard and his wife Veronica of Kill Devil Hills, N.C. and Susan of Lawrence, Ks.; her brother-in-law David Rosenshein and his wife Fran of Illinois; her sisters-in-law, Schania Zelvin of Mystic, and Fay Rosenshein of Suffolk, Va.; two granddaughters; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
