Adele Alpert, 84, of Windsor, died Sept. 23. She was the widow of Myron Alpert. Born in Springfield, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rebecca (Hirshberg) Horne. She was a member of Congregation Beth Ahm in Windsor. She is survived by her children, Richard Alpert of Windsor, and Sharon Lipman and her husband Alan Lipman of Rocky Hill; her granddaughter, Jennifer Prouty and her husband Stephen of Newington; her brother-in-law David Florence and his wife Marilee; and a niece and nephew. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Estelle Kanter, Faye Florence and Shirley Horne. CARMON FUNERAL HOME
