Thelma (Kernis) Mandelberg, 93, of West Chester, Penn., died July 21. She was the widow of Samuel Mandelberg. She is survived by her children, Charles Mandelberg and his wife Ellen of Simsbury, and Barbara Bartash and her husband Ronald of West Chester, Penn.; and grandchildren, Jeffrey, Alisa and her husband Scott, and Laura and David.
