Marilyn Ellman Buel, 71, of Essex, formerly of Westbrook, died August 3. She was the wife of Richard Buel. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of Isaac and Estelle Ellman. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Frankel and her husband Teddy Rave; her grandson, Haskel (Harry) Patrick Rave; her granddaughters Lexi and Riley Callahan; and her stepdaughter, Margaret Buel Hamman.
