Dr. Joseph Waxberg, 92, of New Canaan, died July 14. He was the husband of Carol Waxberg. Raised in the Catskills in New York, he served in the U.S. Air Force at Eglin AFB in Pensacola, Fla. during the Korean War. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Charles of Seattle, Wash., and Dr. Jonathan Waxberg and his wife Anita of New Canaan; and his granddaughters, Sara, Jenny and Alison; his sister, Anne of Florida.
