Lewis H. Cohen, 69, of Cheshire, died July 5. He was the husband of Renee (Hoffer) Cohen. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Max and Helen (Shapiro) Cohen. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Adam Cohen and his wife Jenifer of South Glastonbury, and Evan Cohen and his wife Susan of Cheshire; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Ethan, Caroline and Elizabeth.
