“The Holy Land… What an experience. I will never forget this day. #Israel,” tweeted Justin Timberlake, after arriving in Israel at 3 a.m. May 28, and heading straight for the Kotel (where he posted on Instagram a photo of himself at the wall). Timberlake, who arrived in Israel with his wife, actress Jessica Biel, and his parents, was scheduled to perform that night at Hayarkon Park in Tel Aviv, as part of his world tour. And perform he did. Timberlake, gushed Ha’aretz the following day, proved that a pop concert “can deliver exactly what it promises – or in other words, that it can deliver two hours of pure pleasure.”
