Barbara (Goldberg) Mandell, 95, of Hartford and West Hartford, died April 22. She was the widow of Daniel I. Mandell. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ada (Pausmentier) Goldberg. She was predeceased by her brothers, Bernard, William and Solon Goldberg. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Ida Goldberg; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
