Yom Ha’atzmaut – Israel Independence Day – is on its way and, to celebrate, the Stamford Jewish Community Center is sponsoring an Israel photography contest. Participating is easy. If you visited Israel and took eye-catching photos of the Israeli landscape, just email them to the Stamford JCC’s Israeli Shaliach, Matan Samovsky at msamovsky@stamfordjcc.org. The JCC will print all photos and include them in an upcoming exhibition on Israel to be mounted as part of the community’s Yom Ha’atzmaut celebration. A winning photo will be selected and a prize will be awarded.
