Sidney Myers, 85, of New Haven, died Dec. 6. He was the widower of Betty Kaufman Myers. Born in New Haven, he was a son of the late Louis and Molly(Abeshouse) Myers. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived by his children, Bonnie Pachesa and her husband Michael of New Haven, Wendy Dash and her husband Robert of Springfield, N.J., and Richard Myers of Milford; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Jonathan, Jaime, and Nicole.  He was also predeceased by his brothers, Herman and Marty Myers.
