Barbara R. Clark, 84, of West Hartford, died Dec. 19.  She was the widow of Geroge Clark. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Leah and Meyer Rulnick. She is survived by her sons, Michael Levinson of Coventry, Robert Levinson of West Hartford, and James Levinson of Florida; her stepchildren, Deborah Clark of Boston and Gregory Clark of Utah; and six grandsons and two granddaughters.
