Bernice Felix Schnitman, 91, of Cooperstown, N.Y., formerly of Hamden, died Nov. 17. She was the widow of Robert Schnitman. Born in West Haven, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ida (Cantor) Felix. She is survived by her two daughters, Sue Taylor of Montville, and Judith Schnitman and her husband Richard Insigna of Oneonta, N.Y.; her grandsons, Ralph Insigna and his wife Kai-Li of Blue Bell, Penn., Marc Insigna and his wife Amy of Wilmington, Del., and Lee Insigna of South Orange, N.J.; and three great-grandchildren, Everett, Genevieve and Josephine Insigna. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Jacob (Jack) and Herman Felix.
