William B. Glotzer, 88 of Glastonbury, died Nov. 3. He was the husband of Janice (Franklin) Glotzer. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Isadore and Sara (Saxe) Glotzer. He served in the European and Pacific theaters during World War II as a combat infantryman with the 97th Division of the U.S. Army. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Sherry Harriman and her husband Jim of South Glastonbury, and Ellen Stoltz and her husband Joel of West Hartford; four grandchildren, Marni Lane and her husband Jason, Josh Harriman and his wife Kimberly, Jeremy Stoltz and his wife Alyssa, and Shira Matityahu and her husband Boaz; five great-grandchildren; and his brother Frederick Glotzer of Norwalk. He was also predeceased by his brother Mortimer Glotzer and great-granddaughter Colette Lane. WEINSTEIN MORTUARY
