Neal Bregman, 61, of Canton, has died. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Ann (Anapolsky) Bregman and the late Israel Bregman. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Jodi Gerstenhaber and her husband Jason of West Haven, Stephanie Bregman of Naugatuck, Matthew Bregman of New Hartford, and Joshua Bregman of Washington, D.C.; his sister, Sandra Callahan and her husband Patrick of Lake Alfred, Fla.; his brother, Howard Bregman and his wife, Kim of Boca Raton, Fla.; his granddaughters, Nicole, Emerson, and Ellis; and his former wife, Randi Bregman of Hamden.
