Shella Cecilia (Steinberg) Mooney, 88, of Simsbury, died Oct. 21. She was the wife of Robert I. Mooney. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Zachary and Ella (Toplitsky) Steinberg. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Dr. Hal J. Mooney and his wife Judy of West Hartford, Bryna S. Mooney of Simsbury, and Rhonda M. Stachowiak and her husband Edward of Weatogue; and her grandchildren, Dr. Melissa Wikoff and her husband Joshua, Steven Mooney, and Eric Stachowiak.
