Tevia “Teddy” Z. Manheim of Windsor died Sept. 14. He was the son of the late Benjamin and Julia (Katz) Manheim. He is survived by his sisters, Maxine Anglin of Windsor and Elaine Tamiso and her husband Robert of New York; and many loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters Doris Rosen of West Hartford, Annette Giber of New Port Richey, Fla., Katherine Manheim, and an infant brother Phillip.
