Lillian (Kramer) Alpert of West Hartford died Sept. 10. She was the widow of Morton H. Alpert. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sara (Yasmer) Kramer. She is survived by her sons, Charles J. Alpert of West Hartford and Jonathan S. Alpert of Burlington, Vt.; and her sisters-in-law, Ellen R. Alpert of Orange and Gertrude Kramer of Woodbridge. She was also predeceased by sisters Sophie Hennes and Shirley Fichandler and brothers Colman Kramer and Gerson “Jerry” Kramer.
