Meriden shul welcomes guest cantor

Cantor Gladys Gruenwald will return to Temple B’nai Abraham in Meriden as guest cantor for the High Holidays. A graduate of the Academy for Jewish Religion, where she serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, Gruenwald is a classical pianist and former special education teacher.  Every summer she participates in the North American Jewish Choral Festival, under Maestro Matthew Lazar, and she also sings with the New Yiddish Chorale, Zalman Mlotek conductor, as time permits.
