FAIRFIELD – Jewish Senior Services in Fairfield has announced the appointment of two new staff members.
Larry Condon has been named administrator of The Jewish Home in Fairfield. Condon, who has 25 years of experience in the field of senior services, most
recently served as district director of operations for a large proprietary chain of nursing homes in Connecticut. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University and a Long Term Care Certificate from the University of Connecticut. Raised in Bridgeport, he now resides in Stratford.
Dr. Vittoria Gassman has been appointed medical director of long term care at The Jewish Home. A geriatrician, Gassman received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, and her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University. Prior to joining
Jewish Senior Services, she was on staff at Norwalk Hospital and Community Health Center. She also served on the faculty of the Internal Medicine Residency at Norwalk Hospital and has instructed students from Yale and New York Medical College and at the University of Pittsburgh.
“I have known The Jewish Home for many years as ‘the best place to go,’ and I am thrilled at the opportunity to join them in their mission of caring for seniors,” said Gassman.
