Elaine Inez Jacobs, 77, of New York City, formerly of Woodbridge, died August 14.  She was the daughter of the late Lillian (Rosoff) and Jack Flederman of New Haven. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Jacobs of Stamford, Lisa Jacobs of Orange, Steven Jacobs and Laurence Jacobs of New York City; her sister, Joyce Flederman of New York City; and her daughter-in-law, Rachel Jacobs of New York City.
