The Emma K. Podoloff Scholarship Fund of National Council of Jewish Women, Greater New Haven Section, has announced its High School Senior Awards for 2013.  Recipients are: Samantha Steiner of Milford, who will be attending Johnson and Wales University; Dallas DeFrancesco of Meriden, who will be attending southern New Hampshire university; and Kyle Michelson of Milford , who will be attending Quinnipiac University.

The National Council of Jewish Women is a volunteer organization developed to improving the quality of life for women, children and families, regardless of faith.
