Florence (Kaplan) Seger, 85, of West Hartford, formerly of Bloomfield, died June 7. She was the widow of William Seger. Born in Gardner, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Fred Kaplan and Julia Kaplan Hasenfratz. She is survived by her son Robert Seger and his wife Susan of Boxborough, Mass.; and by her grandsons Scott and Andrew Seger. She was predeceased by her brothers, Philip Kaplan, Morris Kaplan, and David Kaplan, and by her sister, Mildred Haas.
