Bette (Gordon) Gruskay, 83, of Branford, died June 9. She was the wife of Dr. Frank L. Gruskay. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of Jack and Sarah (Schlachter) Gordon. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Dr. Jeffrey Gruskay and his wife Donna of Branford, Susan Warford and her husband Richard of South Kingstown, R.I., and Nancy Gershman and her husband Marc of Boulder, Colo.; her brothers, Herman Gordon and his wife Mimi of Santa Fe, N.M., and Max Gordon of Fairfield; and her grandchildren, Matthew Warford, Jordan Gruskay, Lucas Warford, Lindsay Gruskay, Jesse Gershman  and Sara Rose Gershman. She was also predeceased by her brother Harry Gordon.
