Litchfield Chabad goes home…at last

Chabad Lubavitch of Northwest Connecticut, 85 West St., Litchfield.As the Ledger went to press, word came that Chabad-Lubavitch of Northwestern Connecticut will be allowed to move into the 136-year-old Victorian house it owns on West Street in the Litchfield Borough Historic District, approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday night.
