John Weichsel, 80, of Southington, died March 29. He was the husband of Dolores ‘Dee’ Stanton-Weichsel and the late Reva (Levine) Weichsel. Born in Germany, he was the son of the late Dr. Manfred and Gertrude (Gans) Weichsel. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Barry M. Weichsel and his wife Patricia of Southington, and Amy Rosen and her husband Dr. Alan Rosen of Larchmont, N.Y.; his brother, Peter Weichsel and his wife Marcia of Encinitas, Calif.; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Joshua Rosen.
