Dr. Shepard N. Cohen, 92, DDS of Hamden died April 9. He was the husband of the late Leona Frances Spivak. He served in the U.S. Armed Forces during World War II. He was the son of Samuel and Anna Cohen of New Haven.He is survived by his sons, Stuart and his wife Elaine (Sjogren) of Milford, and Steven and his wife Jacquelyn (Cyphers) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Samuel, Sarah, Daniel and Wendy; and his great-grandchildren, Isabella, Frank and Christian. He was also predeceased by his five brothers, Avrem, Edward, Sidney, Morton and Charles.
