WEST HARTFORD – Bonnie Gauthier, CEO of Hebrew Health Care in West Hartford, will be honored as a Distinguished Alumni of the University of Saint Joseph at a reception to be held on Friday, April 19, at the Hartford Marriott Downtown.

Gauthier will receive the Mary Consuela Mulcahy Award, presented to an alum who has achieved distinction in the field of science or technology. She will receive the award for her outstanding work in the field of gerontology.

“When students graduate from the University of Saint Joseph they can be proud that they have received a quality education, that others will know they have a quality education, and that they will make valuable relationships that will last beyond college,”  said Gauthier, who graduated from the University in 1985 with a Master’s degree in gerontology. She was among the first graduating class for this degree.
