State Representative David Baram and Bob Fishman, director of the Jewish Federation Association of CT (JFACT) played host to Connecticut’s Israeli Young Emissaries when they visited the State Capitol for a tour one recent afternoon.  The emissaries are spending the year in Connecticut working in various organizations to share Israeli culture, learn about the American Jewish community, and help strengthen the bond between Israel and our local Jewish communities.
