Martha Neustadt Witkin, 99, of Southington died Feb. 6. She was the wife of the late Francis Witkin. She was born in Boston, Mass. She is survived by her sons, Laurence and his wife Ricka Witkin of North Palm Beach, Fla. and Farmington, Alan and his wife Patricia Witkin of South Windsor, and Neal Witkin of New Britain; her grandchildren, Keith, Scott, Jeffrey, Jonathan, Brian and Tracy; her great-grandchildren, Brooke, Paige and Peyton; and her former daughter-in-law, Donna Witkin of Marion.
