Maurice “Jack” Jacob Simon, 51, of Woodbridge, died Feb. 17. He was born in Parsippany, N.J. He served in the United States Navy as corpsman surgical technician. He is survived by his father, Richard Simon, of Gillette, N.J., his mother, Arleen Simon, of Boonton Tsp., N.J., his brother, David Simon, of Morristown, N.J., his sister Madison Simon, of Gillette, N.J., his daughter Lauren Simon, of Middletown,  and his sons Benjamin and Nathan Simon, of Woodbridge.
