Sherman Granoff, 87, formerly of New Haven, died Feb. 11. He was the husband of the late Norma (Samowitz) Granoff. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Samuel and Sophie (Lettick) Granoff. He is survived by his children, Ina (Dr. Barry) Silver of Livingston, N.J., Jeffrey Granoff of New Haven, and Michael (Danielle) Granoff of New Haven; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was also predeceased by his brothers, Allan, Leonard and Matthew Granoff.
