Pearl Edith (Friedman) Gellin, 92, of West Hartford, died Feb. 21. She was the wife of the late Samuel Gellin. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Barney and Anna (Wallad) Friedman. She is survived by her children, Bruce Gellin and his wife Sharon of Washington, D.C., Andrea Shindler and her husband Michael of Chicago, Ill. and Orlando, Fla.; her brothers, Maxwell Friedman and his wife Claire of West Hartford, and Alvin Friedman of West Hartford; and her grandchildren, Adam Shindler of New York City, Carey Shindler Warren and her husband Matt of Phoenix, Ariz., and Samuel Graham Gellin of Washington, D.C. Pearl was predeceased by her sister Roz Fishberg.
