Henrietta (Elkins) Gitlin, 96, of West Hartford died Jan. 21. She was the wife of Joseph A. Gitlin. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Jacob and Rose (Dubowy) Elkins. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Ronna Woodward (Dana) and Karen Gitlin-Weiner (Richard). She was predeceased by her sisters, Gertrude, Deborah and Vivian Elkins.
