Melvin A. Miller, 80, of Columbia, and Deerfield Beach, Fla. Died Dec. 14. He was the husband of Janet (Rosen) Miller. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Hyman and Frances (Krupnick) Miller. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Bruce Miller and his wife Gail of Colchester, Debra Miller Sarazin and her husband Paul of Columbia, and Lauren Miller Tapper of Carmel, N.Y. ;  and six grandchildren, Paige and Ryan Sarazin, Alyssa and Jordyn Tapper and Aaron and Samuel Miller.
