Helen (Blaier) Zamstein, 79, of West Hartford, died Nov. 18. She was the wife of Harry Zamstein. Born in Poland, she was the daughter of the late Berish and Rachel (Schulman) Blaier. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Dr Jacob Zamstein and his wife Susan of West Hartford, and Charles Zamstein of Queenstown, Md.; her sister and brother, Esther Mancuta of Israel, and Zeev Blaier of Israel; and five grandchildren, William, Michael, Rachel, Jenifer, and Benjamin.
