Photo shows bias
The brief report about the October 28 U.S. Senatorial Political Forum that appeared in the Nov. 2, 2012 issue of the Jewish Ledger (page 5) did not include the names of either Democratic candidate Chris Murphy or Republican candidate Linda McMahon.
One photo of the event appears next to the article. This photo shows Republican candidate Linda McMahon greeting attendees at the Forum. Republican candidate Mrs. McMahon is identified by name under the photo.
Nowhere in the article is the Democratic candidate Chris Murphy identified or mentioned by name. No photo appears of Representative Chris Murphy by himself or with Mrs. McMahon at this event.
I think identifying both candidates and showing photos of both of them would be more balanced journalism.
