The impact that Hurricane Sandy had on the Fairfield County communities has prompted the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) to reschedule its annual 2012 Daniel R. Ginsberg Humanitarian Award Reception for Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 in Stamford. The event, originally planned for Nov. 18, will honor Alma Rutgers and Don Snyder of Greenwich, and Rabbi David Israel, rabbinic dean of Bi-Cultural Day School in Stamford.
