KAPLAN
Selma A. (Sherman) Kaplan, 86, of West Hartford died Oct. 21. She was the widow of Jack M. Kaplan. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Max and Lena Sherman. She is survived by her sons, Alan P. Kaplan and Mark G. Kaplan; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Rosalyn Darefsky of Bloomfield and Estelle Freed of West Hartford.
