David L. Rosenthal, 71, of Manchester, formerly of East Hartford, died Sept. 18. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Nathan W. and Elisabeth (Michelson) Rosenthal. He served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his companion, Regina Cavagnaro, and her extended family.
