Hirschel Rabinow, 90, of San Francisco, formerly of New Britain, died August 27.  He was a decorated World War II veteran.  He is survived by his daughter Maia Rabinov (Carl Pilcher) and Dale Rabinov (Adelbart Banks); his granddaughter Arianna Selene (Ash) Lewin; his sisters, Judy Burstein and Vera Segal. He was predeceased by his brothers-in-aw Daniel Burstein and Ed Segal.
