Harry Isidore Rubin, 95, of West Hartford, formerly of New Britain, died Aug. 17. He was the husband of Sylvia (Manson) Rubin. He was a U.S. Veteran of World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother-in-law, Dr. Edwin Manson and his wife Carol, of Florida; and their son Bryan.
