Susan Witten Perry

Susan Witten Perry has been appointed early childhood director of the Mishkan Israel Nursery School and Day Care (MINS) in Hamden.
A long-time educator, Perry most recently was the preschool program coordinator at the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center in Houston, Texas. She also previously served as assistant director of the Congregation Beth Israel religious school in Houston, program coordinator for Southwest Human Development Services, and lead Preschool Teacher at the West Houston Jewish Community Center.
A native of Connecticut, she earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education at the University of Miami.
“Ms. Perry’s  energy, enthusiasm and commitment to Jewish programming and dedication to children and families will be an asset to our MINS programs,” said Sarah Greenblatt, search committee chair.
